No Fix – No Pay policy does not take into consideration financial suitability of the solution and if customer declines proposed resolution for any reason, customer remains financially liable for the invoiced amount in full. - Service fees are not refundable
- DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
- Parts orders will have 30 (thirty) days from date of original invoice for warranty repair/replacement of defective product. A to Z Computer Services, LLC, in good faith, will accept back items that the customer claims is within the stated warranty period. If, however, A to Z Computer Services, LLC finds that the item(s) is/are out of warranty, the customer will be billed for the replacement(s).
- Systems built by A to Z Computer Services, LLC have 1 (one) year from date of the original invoice for warranty repair/replacement of defective product.
- Replaced parts are covered for the remainder of the warranty period; system parts are covered for the remainder of the warranty period, or 30 days, whichever is greater.
- OEM CPU's have a limited warranty of 60 days from date of invoice for return/replacement.
- Replaced OEM CPU's are covered for the remainder of the warranty period stated in item 4.
- Defective returns for credit within the first 30 days MUST have their original packaging, to include all drivers, cables, manuals, etc..
- Physically damaged product will void the warranty.
- Defective parts shipped back to A to Z Computer Services, LLC MUST be accompanied with an RMA number issued by the RMA Dept. Parts must be received by A to Z Computer Services, LLC within 10 business days from the date the number was issued. Customers are responsible for the freight charges to return defective product back to A to Z Computer Services, LLC.
- Defective returns within the first 30 days will be replaced with identical new product or it's equivalent. Defective returns after 30 days will be replaced with RMA stock, either new or refurbished/repaired product. If no RMA stock is available, then the item(s) must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair/replacement.
- PRODUCT RETURNS FOR REFUND
- A to Z Computer Services, LLC will accept back products sold within the first 30 days from date of original invoice.
- If product is returned for credit after the first 15 days but prior to 30 days, a 20% restock fee will be charged. Defective returns for credit are exempt from the restock fee but must still be returned within the first 30 days. Exceptions: see number 3.
- If product is not in its original package and complete (i.e. all cables, manuals, drivers), a 20% restock fee will be charged. Defective products are NOT exempt from the restock fee if product is incomplete at time of return and the return for credit request is after the first 30 days.
- Physically damaged product is not returnable.
- All cash sales will be refunded back with a company check.
- All sales paid by personal/business check will be refunded by company check. Please allow 5-7 business days for our Accounting department to process the payment; all refund checks will be payable to the name of record on the invoice to be credited.
- All credit card sales will be refunded back to the card account that was billed at time of purchase.
| |   | | Payment Agreement | | By signing for the invoice on the opposite side of this page in the box “Payment Agreement Signature”, you agree to pay “Service Providers” in full for products and services rendered. Failure to pay will result in legal actions in which you agree to pay for all legal costs, including all collection fees incurred by “Service Providers” to obtain payment. Any check not honored upon presentation to a bank will incur $35 bad check fee each time it is presented to a bank or whatever maximum is allowed by law, whichever is greater. Any invoice not paid in full within 30 days will accrue interest maximum allowed by law compounded daily or whatever maximum allowed by law from the date of the original invoice. All sales are final. | |   | | Abandoned Equipment Policy | | Any equipment or peripherals not picked up from our facility within 30 days of the completion date will be considered abandoned and become property of A to Z Computer Services, LLC. Customer will still be liable for the payment of the services and products rendered on abandoned equipment. A to Z Computer Services reserves the right to liquidate abandoned equipment to cover outstanding balance. | |   | | Privacy and Security | | A to Z Computer Services does not sell or rent any of your information. The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling your request for additional information or fulfillment regarding a given promotion, product, product registration, purchase, or services. | |   | | Warranty | - All hardware, software, and other products (“Other Products”), excluding services, are distributed on behalf of “Other Product” owners and manufacturers and carry their own warranty, unless otherwise indicated in writing by A to Z Computer Services, LLC. By signing this form you acknowledge that all warranty claims for “Other Products” must be addressed to the “Other Product” manufacturers or owner.
- A to Z Computers Services, LLC provides 14 days limited warranty for all services performed unless otherwise noted. Warranty will not apply for virus or spyware infections, file deletions, OS or applications re-installation. Any service performed on the warranted equipment by anyone other than A to Z Computer Services, LLC voids the warranty. If A to Z Computer Services, LLC determines that a warranty claim arouse from a deliberate action or the lack of thereof, warranty will be void and customer liable for the entire service call billed at a standard or emergency rate. Promotions do not apply for voided warranty calls.
| |   | | User Responsibility | | You understand and agree that prior to allowing “Service Providers” to perform any work on your computer, unless you are purchasing backup services from “Service Providers”, it is your responsibility to back-up the data, software, information or other files stored on your computer disks and/or drives. You acknowledge and agree that “Service Providers” shall not be responsible under any circumstance for any loss or corruption of data and/or software. | |   | | Acknowledgments | - OWNERSHIP AND AUTHORITY
